I Made A Drum Cover!

I usually sit down at the piano and create melodies off the top of my head, or try to learn how to play actual songs. When I feel groovy, however, I sit down at the drums. I absolutely love drumming. It’s what I’ve been doing ever since I was a wee lad. I catch myself subconsciously tapping beats on random objects and surfaces and accidentally annoying everybody who is in close proximity to me. #DrummerProblems
So I made my first drum cover. I don’t have microphones for my drum set yet, so the audio quality isn’t as good as the professional videos you can watch on YouTube. I played this song for my school’s talent show when I was in 11th grade. It was in the evening, right after a football game where I had scored my first goal of the season. It was a good day, that day.

That’s cool man sounds great! I’ve never been any good with musical instruments…. Used to be able to play twinkle twinkle little star and hot crossed buns on the piano…. Tried playing the trombone in middle school…. Ya I think I’ll just stick to drawing lol!
AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I love the song. You are working those drums and what a nice set you have. I use to play the trumpet in High School and loved it, but one of my bucket list items is to learn the drums. I am very impressed with all your various talents! Missed seeing you around and now I know what other things you’ve been up to besides working on your book.
